As we get into summer, I wanted to share a delicious and homemade dressing using yogurt.
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup greek yogurt, plain (low-fat suggested)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth and thin out as desired by adding 1/4 cup water at a time. Store in an airtight mason jar for up to 7-10 days.
